Appeals may be submitted to the Appeals Commission within a period of 10 days.

Non-governmental organizations that wish to appeal the results of the large, medium, and small grant competitions for 2026 announced by the Agency on State Support to NGOs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the competitions conducted jointly with BP and the Karabakh Revival Fund, may submit their applications to the NGO Agency’s Appeals Commission within 10 days.
Appeals will be accepted until 23:59 on 21 March via the Agency’s official email address: office@ngoagency.gov.az. Following the review of the application, the Commission will contact the respective NGO.
