On 26 February 2026, the staff of the Agency on State Support to NGOs of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited the “Mother’s Cry” memorial, erected in remembrance of the victims of the Khojaly genocide, to mark the 34th anniversary of the tragedy.
The memory of the victims was commemorated with profound respect, and floral tributes were laid at the memorial complex.
