The “Makhaz” National Heritage Research Public Union, a winner of the 2026 grant competition of the NGO Agency, is working on a new publication dedicated to the study of the legacy of the prominent public figure and distinguished representative of Azerbaijani literature, Yusif Vazir Chamanzaminli, whose works have been declared state property. For the first time, the book will present a number of newly discovered works (articles and feuilletons), identified on the basis of various new sources reflecting Chamanzaminli’s rich scientific and socio-political activity—manuscript materials, archival documents, and scientific-historical sources. This was reported by the Chairperson of the “Makhaz” National Heritage Research Public Union, PhD in Philology, Shalala Ana Hummatli (Shalala Humbatova). The presentation of the book is planned to be held in July 2026 in Shusha, under the open sky at the at the ruins of the house of Y.V. Chamanzaminli.
